Mobile Navigation Redesign

The Project

Redesign the mobile navigation for the credit union’s app as the current menu is long and unorganized.

The Process 

Conducted a market analysis of what other financial institutions are doing for their mobile app navigation. Conducted a card sort and utilized data on member use to inform the information architecture within wireframes and a prototype.

What I learned

This project gave me the opportunity to learn more about using member data and card sort results to organize content. It also gave me insight into current trends within apps used by financial institutes.
