Organize the Member Services page for improved navigation and findability.

Utilized data from data scientist to create new information architecture. Utilized Nielsen Norman Group to inform my design decisions.

What I learned

I learned how to do a card sort, how to collaborate with the data team, and how to use this data to structure content. I also learned about best practices from the Nielsen Norman Group. This project also gave me the opportunity to learn how to build a site with paralax scrolling, as this was how I presented my redesign.
